- When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the health or safety of a client, our staff, or another person, or to investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

- With your direction. When you ask us to share information with a family member, physician, or other party.
As stated in Section 4.4, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing categories above and are not shared with third parties other than the aggregators and providers required to deliver text messages.
