A care relationship begins only when Golden Rule Home Care and the client or the client’s authorized representative enter into a separate written service agreement, and services actually commence.

A free in-home assessment carries no cost and no obligation on either side. We may decline to provide services in our discretion, including where a prospective client’s needs fall outside the scope of what we are able to safely and appropriately provide.

4. Services and Service Agreement

Descriptions of services on our website are general summaries and are not a complete statement of what will be provided in any individual case. The specific services, schedule, rates, and terms applicable to a client are governed exclusively by the written service agreement between Golden Rule Home Care and that client.

Where these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement regarding the provision of care services, the signed service agreement controls.

5. Service Area

We provide services in Worcester and surrounding communities in Central Massachusetts and MetroWest. Availability in any particular town depends on caregiver availability and scheduling and is not guaranteed. Listing a town on our website does not constitute a commitment to provide services in that town at any given time.

6. Electronic Communications and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from us electronically regarding your inquiry and our services. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

If you separately consent to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service. Our text messaging practices are described further in our Privacy Policy.
