Frailty & Aging-in-Place Care Plan
A specialty care plan for seniors who are becoming more frail overall, built to keep them safe and comfortable at home without a single defining diagnosis driving the need.
Sometimes there’s no single diagnosis, just a parent who’s slowing down, growing weaker, and starting to struggle with things that used to be easy. A Golden Rule caregiver steps in to steady daily life: helping with the basics, watching for fall risk, and making sure aging in place stays possible and safe for as long as it can.
IMPORTANT: NON-MEDICAL SUPPORT
Golden Rule Home Care provides non-medical support only. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and we do not replace a physician, nurse, or emergency provider. Our caregivers can help with medication reminders, watch for changes or symptoms that matter, and report them promptly to your family and, when appropriate, your loved one’s medical team.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
What does ‘aging in place’ support actually include?
It’s non-medical help with the daily tasks that get harder with general frailty: bathing, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship, plus a caregiver who notices changes early and reports them to the family.
Is this the right plan if there’s no specific diagnosis?
Yes. This plan is designed for exactly that situation: general decline or frailty without one condition driving the need, where the goal is steady, whole-person support at home.
