SPECIALTY CARE PLANS · Elevated Safety & Risk Monitoring
High-Risk Client Safety Care Plan
A specialty care plan for clients whose combination of conditions puts them at elevated safety risk, with a heightened focus on supervision, observation, and fast reporting.
Some clients carry a combination of risk factors, like advanced age, multiple conditions, prior falls, or a history of wandering, that calls for a higher level of watchfulness than a standard care plan provides. A Golden Rule caregiver on a High-Risk Client Safety plan brings that extra layer of attention, so problems are caught and reported before they become emergencies.
IMPORTANT: NON-MEDICAL SUPPORT
Golden Rule Home Care provides non-medical support only. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and we do not replace a physician, nurse, or emergency provider. Our caregivers can help with medication reminders, watch for changes or symptoms that matter, and report them promptly to your family and, when appropriate, your loved one’s medical team.
WHO THIS PLAN IS FOR
