Hospice Support Care Plan

A hospice support care plan from Golden Rule Home Care is non-medical, in-home comfort care that works alongside your family’s existing hospice or palliative team during a loved one’s final weeks or months.

This is compassionate support for families who do not want their loved one alone during a sacred and difficult season, handling the daily presence, personal care, and steady companionship that medical staff visits alone can’t cover.

IMPORTANT: NON-MEDICAL SUPPORT

Golden Rule Home Care provides non-medical support only. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and we do not replace a physician, nurse, or emergency provider. Our caregivers can help with medication reminders, watch for changes or symptoms that matter, and report them promptly to your family and, when appropriate, your loved one’s medical team.
